About Sahara Apartments

Sahara Apartments is a property catering to university students, faculty, researchers, graduate students, and others who come to visit the UA. In our dormitory section we have single and double occupancy studio apartments as well as a few one bedroom apartments. In our double occupancy apartments you can choose side-by-side, loft, or bunk bed arrangements. Sahara Apartments' dormitory section is the best alternative for those students who cannot find space at the on-campus dormitories, but want to live in an all student community which is very similar to living on campus. Sahara Apartments offers studio apartments with full kitchens and private baths. Your rent covers all your utilities, provides you access to a 30 channel satellite TV system, wired and wireless high speed internet access, and free shuttle-van service to the UA campus, which takes only five minutes as we are located only 1 mile west of the campus. The downtown campus of Pima Community College is only two blocks north of Sahara Apartments, and the shops, cafes, and nightlife of 4th Avenue and University Boulevard are within a short distance. You can also take advantage of our Free Bicycle Program. For a refundable deposit of $85, we will give you a bicycle that you can use for free while you live at Sahara Apartments. We'll even fix your flat tires and maintain the bike for you for free! Sahara Apartments has a pool, spa, workout room, computer room, movie theater, and game room. There is also a Pizza parlor on-site called R & R Pizza Express, where you can have lunch and dinner. They provide delivery service for their delicious pizzas and Italian sandwiches, and there is even a mini market inside the pizza parlor. Sahara Apartments is a great place to live and meet new friends. If you like to have the great low prices we offer for our double occupancy apartments, but do not have a roommate, we can take care of that too.
