Two bedroom apartments available for $970 a month. Built in 1939, the property sits on a whole city block and has a gated English style courtyard. Controlled entries are semi-private with only six doors each. Door buzzers, intercom and door opener. Two underground parking garages (for an additional fee and when available). Please call leasing office for details. Every apartment has windows in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and dining room. Each also has windows on at least two sides of the apartment for a killer cross breeze. Hardwood floors, updated kitchens and bathrooms. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. We have a full-time maintenance during the day and 24 hour emergency maintenance after hours. Heat, water and waste removal are included in rent and each apartment comes with its' own storage space in the basement. Tenants are responsible for cooking gas and electricity. All apartments are cable ready. There are laundry rooms in each building, all have 2 washers and 2 dryers ($1 wash/$1 dry) with clothes lines. Sorry, no pets. (Well, maybe a small fish.)
